HOW TO USE THE EARTHING FITTED SHEETS

Step 1: Check Your Outlets For Ground
Connect it to the “ground port” of a grounded 3 prong outlet. Before plugging in your Earthing product, check if the outlet is grounded by plugging in the outlet checker.

Step 2: Setting Up The Mat
1. Insert one end of the Earthing wire into the ground port (third hole) of a properly grounded wall outlet or connect to cord of an Earthing ground rod placed in the Earth outside.
2. Snap the cord onto the metal stud of the earthing mat.
3. Any bare skin contact will transfer the Earth’s energy to your body once you connect the mat.
4. The extra earthing wire with the bracelet can be used when work, sleep or play as long as there is earthing socket nearby to make it earthing.
5. The earthing rod can be used outside when insert into the earth and connect the other end to the earthing mat.
