30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition

• The item must be returned with original packaging if possible

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show clear signs of damage may not qualify for a refund.
